I felt very different after the training and I woke up this morning, feeing like a totally different person, after a refreshing night's rest, I had no aches or anxiety. After just one TRE session with Jess I slept more soundly and had reduced PTSD symptoms, after the second session I felt much more in tune with my body and waked with a more natural gate. After the third session I found it was easier to honor my own needs and boundaries in a calm and loving way. TRE is such a powerful tool for self care and deepening our relationship with self ❤️
